1. Privacy
We collect personal details such as your name, address, email and payment confirmation only to process orders, provide customer service and, if you opt in, send marketing emails. We share data only with service providers needed to run the store (for example payment processing and delivery) or where required by law. 2. Returns and refunds
You can return items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, resellable and in their original packaging. Approved returns are free with a prepaid label. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and used beauty items can't be returned unless faulty. See Returns & After-Sales Care and our Refund Policy.
3. Shipping
We deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States and Spain. Tracked Standard (4–7 business days) and Tracked Express (2–5 business days) are available in all three countries. Tracked Standard is free on orders of £40 or more in the UK, $55 or more in the US and €49 or more in Spain, after discounts; Express is always paid. See Shipping & Handling and our Shipping Policy.
4. Terms of service
By using this website you agree to our Terms of Service. Product information, pricing and availability may change. We aim to keep product details accurate, but we can't guarantee that every detail is complete. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected.
5. Product disclaimers
Results vary: skincare and beauty-device results differ from person to person depending on skin type, lifestyle and consistency of use. Our products are cosmetic and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
Patch testing: patch test new skincare before first use. If you have a reaction, stop using the product and seek advice from a healthcare professional.
Devices: always read the instructions supplied. Speak to your GP before use if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or have an implanted electronic device.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including product images, text, logos and designs, belongs to BeautyEssence and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
7. Reviews and content you share
By submitting reviews, feedback or photos, you grant BeautyEssence a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them on our website and marketing.
