If you need to return your order, Beautyessence.uk will accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within this timeframe.
Yes — all approved returns are free of charge. We provide a prepaid return shipping label once your return request is approved.

We will then provide you with return label to send back the product and send you a replacement.
