It suits anyone who enjoys a calming eye-area ritual. Used regularly, it can help the eye area look more refreshed and reduce the look of puffiness, though it won't change the structure of the skin and results vary.

How to use
- Charge the device fully before first use.
- Cleanse the skin around your eyes and apply your usual eye cream if you like.
- Switch on and choose your vibration or heat setting.
- Glide the head gently in small circles on the skin around the eye, along the bone, keeping it off the eyelid and away from the eyeball.
- Use for 5 to 10 minutes per session.
- Wipe clean with a soft cloth and store safely.

- Read the instructions supplied before first use.
- Use only on the skin around the eye area, as directed. Never use it on the eyelid or eyeball.
- Not for anyone with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, and don't use on the throat or thyroid area.
- Test the temperature on the back of your hand first, and stop if it feels too warm.
- Don't use on broken, irritated, sunburnt or infected skin.
- Not for use by children.

- Consistency matters more than session length. A few minutes most evenings is plenty.

Is delivery free?
Yes. In the UK, Tracked Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. In the US and Spain it is free when your order reaches the free-delivery threshold for your country (shown at the top of the page and in your bag), after any discounts. Express is always paid.
How long does delivery take?
Tracked Standard takes 4–7 business days and Tracked Express takes 2–5 business days. Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday.

Returns and support
Can I return a product?
Yes. Beauty tools come with a 14-day trial: if a tool isn't right for you, return it within 14 days of delivery, undamaged and with all its parts, even if you've tried it. Gel polish, nail stickers and makeup sponges can be returned within 14 days if unopened. Returns are free, and faulty items are always covered.
