It suits straight, soft or harder-to-curl lashes and anyone who wants a compact tool for everyday makeup or travel. How long the curl holds will vary with your lashes and the mascara you use.

- Charge the device before first use.
- Make sure your lashes are clean and dry.

- Hold gently, then move slowly towards the tips before applying mascara.

Safety and care
- Read the instructions supplied before first use.
- This is an eye-area device. Use it only on the lashes as directed, keeping the heated head off the eyelid and away from the eye.
- Test the temperature on the back of your hand first, and start on the lower mode.
- Don't use if the eye area is broken, irritated, sunburnt or infected.
- Not for use by children.
- Speak to your GP before use if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or have an implanted electronic device.
- Let it cool before storing and wipe the head with a dry cloth. Water resistance isn't stated, so keep it dry.

- Not designed for false lashes or lash extensions; it's intended for natural lashes.

Ordering and delivery
Is delivery free?
Yes. In the UK, Tracked Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. In the US and Spain it is free when your order reaches the free-delivery threshold for your country (shown at the top of the page and in your bag), after any discounts. Express is always paid.
How long does delivery take?
Tracked Standard takes 4–7 business days and Tracked Express takes 2–5 business days. Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday.

Returns and support
Can I return a product?
Yes. Beauty tools come with a 14-day trial: if a tool isn't right for you, return it within 14 days of delivery, undamaged and with all its parts, even if you've tried it. Gel polish, nail stickers and makeup sponges can be returned within 14 days if unopened. Returns are free, and faulty items are always covered.
What if my item arrives damaged?
