Yes. In the UK, Tracked Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. In the US and Spain it is free when your order reaches the free-delivery threshold for your country (shown at the top of the page and in your bag), after any discounts. Express is always paid.

How long does delivery take?

Tracked Standard takes 4–7 business days and Tracked Express takes 2–5 business days. Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday.

Returns and support

Can I return a product?

Yes. Beauty tools come with a 14-day trial: if a tool isn't right for you, return it within 14 days of delivery, undamaged and with all its parts, even if you've tried it.
